In a secret attempt to infiltrate the government facilities, to find out information as to how the heroes got into The Mirror-Verse, Gunsmoke and Arrow Boi team up for the first time EVER!
They walk into a room within the municipality that contained all the files on civilians and personnel in the area. After the two heroes glanced through every filed paper, through their website, and the servers there... they had almost given up.
However, the two heroes stumbled upon a secret door to a basement towards the upper left corner of the building.
As they walked down the creaking staircase, they walked into a basement that contained nothing but a single safe. The two unlikely heroes bickered about what to do with the safe and what could be held inside. However, police began to arrive on the scene, and the two had to act fast.
Gunsmoke without hesitation, grabbed the safe.
Arrow Boi with the same amount of intensity, rushed to open a portal.
Both heroes jumped through the portal and they headed back to their Homebase, safe and sound! As they both lay on the ground out of breath, Arrow Boi gasps,"That was close".
"I've had worse", Gunsmoke proclaimed.
Gunsmoke carries with him a safe, more up to date then expected.
The safe is locked by a 8 letter password, that they must input to access the contents within. They have an unlimited amount of time and attempts to get this right!
Gunsmoke and Arrow-Boi sat in front of the safe for six days trying to figure out the right combination for the lock. Struggling day by day to even have the right amount of rations of food and water, due to the two being wanted by the police, both of our young heroes remain stuck; frustrated on one objective: opening the safe. Arrow-Boi said to Gunsmoke, " Why don't we try the word 'password'" Gunsmoke stated, "Like that'll ever work", belittling Arrow-Boi's intelligence. As soon as they tested Arrow-Boi's theory, a message on the digital key-lock read, "Close but not numerals, please try again Mr. Walker" Arrow-Boi sarcastically replied, after further examination of the safe, " Why don't we try the word 'password', but with numbers?" Gunsmoke was not pleased. He then stormed to grab a pen and paper, and as the two started to lay out the combinations of the word "password", they finally stumbled upon a combination on their 9th attempt. Upon entering the numerical combination of "9-6-5-5-4-3-2-1" on the digital combination lock, our Heroes heard 3 Loud Beeps come from within the safe.
The safe read: " Authorization Confirmed: Good Evening Mr. Walker: General Coordinator "
The two heroes looked at each other and back to the safe simultaneously. When going to open the safe, both heroes reached for it at the same time. Gunsmoke looked at Arrow-Boi and slapped his hand away. When Gunsmoke reached to open the safe, a light as bright as the sun peered through the cracks, as it slowly opened. This light came from a scroll that had been neatly tied with a red-metallic bow. Ragged in look, Gunsmoke was very gentle in attempting to pick it up.
Unraveling the scroll, Gunsmoke read aloud, " Welcome to The Mirror-Verse, S1? Okay, now this is pissing me off...", as he threw his hands in the air. He rambled, "What the hell is The Mirror-Verse and who the hell is...", and at that very moment, an explosion of red energy sent both heroes flying towards the walls at an ungodly rate. Both of our heroes lay unconscious...
Elsewhere...in The Mirror-Verse...
3 Loud Sirens rang out from the sky looming over the city center... After an enormous eruption of sound, a gigantic figure came out of the sky like a meteor...hurdling toward the ground at what seemed to be 10,000mph! The entire landscape felt the harshest impact it had received until that date...
In what looked to be the impact of a nuclear bomb, there lay a beast... A beast so large that "they" did not know what to call him... Reaching out from underneath the rubble, the "beast" cut his way back to the light with the use of his razor-sharp and burning tail like a hot knife... A monster... from head to toe... Darkscale had arrived in The Mirror-Verse!
Running through every building like an unstoppable force, even destroying whole skyscrapers, making the city feel like a Battlefield, Darkscale forcibly threatened anyone who stood in his way until they gave him information on where he was. After getting shot at, Darkscale ran away from the impeding police force. Darkscale, after calming down, started to recollect the scene. The structures around him were not just broken by him... but they were materialized into some form of octagons, to not just reinvent the landscape... but to multiply, and create more!!!
Now, Darkscale has a different mission... laying out the groundwork for a larger landscape and understanding his surroundings! With no ship for the bounty hunter to work on, Darkscale needed to gain access to a facility where he can begin research and scout The Mirror-Verse... He needed to find... a Homebase...
Gunsmoke and Arrow-Boi awaken from the destruction that happened to the Heroes Homebase. When the two wake up, the rooms seem to be in rubble and destruction, but… in size, are larger... They both were wondering how this can happen? Is this some sort of scientific phenomenon, or is there something else going on…? Not only that, but both were befuddled at what the “ S1” and “The Mirror-Verse” meant. With so many questions and so little time to react, the unlikely pair part ways to get as much done as possible. Arrow-Boi went out to go investigate what S1 is, or was… They both needed to find out who he was, how he arrived, and how there is so much destruction. Maybe he can reason with them? …or maybe not… Gunsmoke decided to stay back at the Heroes Homebase, and investigate into anything that can help them gain an upper-hand on the opposition. He first realized that there was an impact in the heart of the city... somewhere the two have not ventured to since the safe was taken... Not much information can be taken from that, so he decided to look for clues outside the city. While venturing around in his smoke form, patrolling the base, S1 arrived; demolishing the Homebase once again. Gunsmoke dodged the incoming charge from S1 swiftly, but he knew he was there. "I can smell the scent of you! Come out!" Darkscale shouted. As soon as Gunsmoke appeared in his human-form, Darkscale made a huge mistake... He charged Gunsmoke at full speed with his tail ablaze! Once Gunsmoke was pinned to the wall, the temperature from the tail ignited him; sending Darkscale back hundreds of feet! "What are you?" Darkscale said... Even Gunsmoke, who did not know of this power until now, stated, "I'm just as surprised as you are bud... Now if we can both figure this out together..." Darkscale, without hesitation, interrupted stating, "I will not ever need you, nor anyone's help, especially from a human" After a few more battles back and forth; throwing each other through trees, and setting the blaze in the forest, the two started a rupture that could not be undone... The fire spread across Woodsprings, and the Heroes Homebase so quickly, that the two became encased in what seemed like a never ending ring of fire! Darkscale kicked Gunsmoke so hard he flew into the flames... and he attempted to make his escape by jumping the entirety of the fire blaze! Gunsmoke, now ablaze from the fire, flew back to the Homebase, only to see it in ruins, and engulfed in flames. He had no choice but to look for Arrow-Boi... Meanwhile... Arrow-Boi looked high and low for people, inside, and outside of the city... Yet everyone seemed, shall we say, a little strange All people would say somewhere from 1-8 of the same dialogue; over, and over, and over again... Not only that, but as Arrow-Boi found out more from the local news; the scene of the crash-site of S-1's ship was at had police and T.M.V.T.F. Trucks, surrounding the perimeter. As Arrow-Boi investigated, he needed to again perform a sneak-inspection, without being detected, in broad daylight. Just then, a fire and a blaze so large, that it can be seen miles away, came from the direction of the Heroes Homebase. Without hesitation, Arrow-Boi swooped in at the opportunity and had one chance to grab something. He only had time to grab the rifle on the rack [Addition due to Villains missing their chance on completing their Giveaway!], and a keycard of somekind... Arrow-Boi, running into a nearby guard, knocked him out and took his T.M.V.T.F. Uniform, so that he can access the information in the ship during inspection. As he began to learn, the files on the encrypted keycard gave access to a hidden compartment in the ship. With all this alien tech, he needed help. Try to Decrypt this statement to gain access to the safe: "Ο ParatusΘ... Fii pentru Maestruεραπευτής de ringpregătit... Seizmicέφτασε"
Arrow-Boi, successfully being able to tap into the encrypted keycard on S-1's ship, caused much more damage then anyone had anticipated. A massive implosion of the machine blew up Darkscale's ship, and in the matter of seconds, Arrow-Boi was knocked out. [ Addition due to @Villains missing their chance on completing their previous │premium-giveaways ! ] Meanwhile As Gunsmoke was scouring the streets to find anything relating to his new-found protégé; two massive explosions on either side of him broke out. Gunsmoke had to make a decision; does he head towards the city in search for his protégé, or does he go towards the explosion in the sky? In a hasty maneuver, Gunsmoke decided to head towards the sky, in the case of a "better view" in his mind [ Addition due to one of the @Heroes making multiple attempts on the previous │premium-giveaways ! ]
Once the light reached a point that Gunsmoke could not see anymore, and it was within a fingertips reach; the light vanished before his very eyes. Gunsmoke flew to the ground as fast as he can, to see three bodies on the ground. laying unconscious. In his view, he saw an army looking guy, a gigantic 12 foot yellow rock, and a jester of some sorts. Due to Gunsmoke's protégé being in danger, Gunsmoke could only select one to follow him in his quest. He chose the army looking guy, and woke him up from him being unconscious. "Where are we?" asked the army looking guy. "NO TIME TO WASTE SOLDIER! WE NEED TO SAVE SOMEONE NOW! What is your name?..." responded Gunsmoke. In addition, just as Gunsmoke asked this question, he turned into his smoke form to avoid visibility and also stated, " and can I trust you?" "Yes. You can trust me." stated the army guy. Gunsmoke then let his guard down and returned to human form. "My friends called me The F3ZZ, but no time for small talk. Let's get out of here..." F3ZZ concluded, and in the matter of seconds, both @Heroes were on there way to Arrow-Boi on foot. Meanwhile Arrow-Boi wakes up in the back of one of the T.M.V.T.F. S.W.A.T. Vehicles. Handcuffs strapped to his wrists, and three officers with loaded weapons sitting right beside him. Arrow-Boi thought that this might be a way to infiltrate their headquarters and see what this group is up to. Therefore, he played along, knowing that at anytime, he can portal himself back to safety. Our Hero was taken into a massive compound, where he was questioned and interrogated. He was then thrown into a holding cell for "displacement, assaulting an officer, impersonating an officer, and is being sent to court for tampering with evidence", as the T.M.V.T.F. Captain and Chief were discussing. These crimes did not mean anything to Arrow-Boi, as he was able to portal himself away, right behind their backs. Once he did so, Arrow-Boi arrived in a vast salt flat; which is now brand new to the world and to him, as this was not seen on the maps Gunsmoke was drawing up back at Heroes Homebase. He gave a heavy sigh, and started to portal around the area, to try to find his way back. Meanwhile As Gunsmoke and The F3ZZ arrived on scene of S-1's ship, the entire explosion caused a much more massive discovery for our @Heroes. The evidence, the burning buildings, all of it, became cleaned-up in the matter of minutes, as they ran closer and closer to the crime scene. Not only that, but the ground and all of it's parts in the city, began to digitize, remodel, and create more of the city. As if the explosion never happened. Just as our @Heroes were ready to pack up and go back to the original location of Heroes Homebase... The Jester looking man appeared on screen. "Missing something?..." a mysterious voice muttered. Just then the Yellow Rock seen earlier was now attached to multiple glowing rings on a table. "Many rings will cut through this rock, how will you come rescue him against the clock? Time is ticking!" the voice eerily stated, followed by a long and creepy laughter. The F3ZZ then bumped into Gunsmoke stating, "What are we going to...", and just then, the unexplainable happened. The F3ZZ was able to see all of Gunsmoke's memories so vividly, he remembered the maps he drew up in the Heroes Homebase, along with even the most simple conversation with Arrow-Boi. The F3ZZ stated, "Okay, he's either in Highland County or on this side of the city. We need to split up..." Gunsmoke then asked, "How did you..." The F3ZZ said, "Trust me. I know." With no other choice, the unlikely duo split up to go after the new-found Villain. With the border of Highland Park on the outskirts of the city, he thought this would be a fast flight, but due to the explosion, it created the salt flat, separating the city into two, Highland Park, and Woodsprings, which is on the outskirts. Gunsmoke, flying over the salt flat, found Arrow-Boi and they reunited. After a mission briefing of one another, the two were at a loss for words. "What now?" asked Arrow-Boi. "We rebuild..." responded Gunsmoke. "Here." Meanwhile, The F3ZZ was now on his own mission to find and fight this new Villain. Our Hero came across what looked to be a circus, but no one was in sight. Carefully, F3ZZ walked through the front entrance. Just then, all the torches were set ablaze by Darkscale! The lights flickered on and off, and the man with the long trench coat came out from the darkness. He stood before The F3ZZ, 15 feet high in the air on a wooden platform, where the yellow rock was seen gasping for what seemed like air. "Come on in my little pawn... Fight my accomplice while I sing a song! My name is Ringmaster... because my rings go faster! Not one being lasts through my rings you bastards! ... Ringmaster started to close his rings on the poor Yellow Rock slowly, and you can hear the screams lash out from the poor being. Darkscale began to advance towards The F3ZZ much more slowly than he did with Gunsmoke. Just then, The F3ZZ sprung into action! He ripped out his knife, and sprinting into Darkscale, threw it directly at his left eye. Darkscale, unable to see, now is enraged! The large-scale Monster set his tail ablaze and cut down the stand where the hero hostage was. Ringmaster went flying off the stand. The rings were no longer spinning, but still cutting through the Yellow Rock. As the fire grew, so did The F3ZZ's intellect. By grazing Darkscale at the beginning of the fight, The F3ZZ was now able to predict every one of Darkscale's moves without hesitation. After the Clash between our @Heroes and @Villains, Darkscale, once again, jumps out of the building in a single bound. Ringmaster, who lay defenseless, is now being demanded to take the rings off the poor yellow rock. As the rings were released off of the yellow rock, and he rolled over onto the ground, Ringmaster made his escape. The F3ZZ never laid a hand on Ringmaster... The F3ZZ ran over to the yellow rock in the middle of the fire and was begging him to get up. "GET UP NOW! WE NEED TO MOVE!" The F3ZZ implored repeatedly. "Just go... I will make it out..." stated the yellow rock calmly. The F3ZZ, running for his life, just made it out in time. As he began to run far away from the crime scene, he called 911 anonymously on a payphone and left the phone off the hook, to let the proper authorities know, there is something going on. As he ran all the way to the other end of the city, where the salt flats now reside, he was able to find a rifle left behind from T.M.V.T.F.
As he inspected the long assault rifle, The F3ZZ found a list of symbols at the end of the stock.

It’s been a few days since the incident of Quantum-Flux falling from the skies. Everyone involved in the incident at the circus went off the grid, but are still being hunted. The one hero who knows about the vigilante, The F3ZZ, is Gunsmoke. He’s been trying to find The F3ZZ for weeks, but has also been trying to hide his findings from everyone else, afraid of The F3ZZ being ratted out for the wrong reasons. Gunsmoke was on his computer in the newly built, but ragged, Heroes Homebase, trying to pinpoint The F3ZZ through a satellite. Just then, his screen went black as if it had just powered off.
“What the?!” Gunsmoke gasped. The screen booted back up, beginning to type in green All over the screen. It read… The circus was the first. We know everything about your vigilante entourage. Another text chain started but in blue. Find me, they’re after me. I’m in the last place a villain wants to be, an… Gunsmoke takes a picture of the screen before it blacks out again and decides it was time to head out to seek out The F3ZZ in person. “What just happened?” he questioned. “Where is he?” Gunsmoke now takes his first steps into the world. Through Gunsmoke’s further research, he has found out that the city is called Monumentropolis, with three main districts; So-Hi, the China-Town district, Gilmore, the commercial district, and finally, Paradise Hills, the residential district. With this newfound information, Gunsmoke wanted to put his skills to the test, by using the new handy radar he made, and by flying around the city to see if he can get a glimpse of The F3ZZ. However, he had no luck. Gunsmoke, begrudgingly looking for answers, saw another light appear in the night sky above Gilmore, just before he decided to go back to Homebase. As Gunsmoke raced toward the bright light, yet another phenomenon had occurred. Not only did Gunsmoke actually see the three bodies fall from the light out of the sky, but the light suddenly closed… like a portal… As our Hero rushed in to see what happened, there were three people lying on the top of the largest tower in the city. There were three “people”, one with a bionic arm, one with a helmet, and one that was not like the others. Knowing what happened with Darkscale, Gunsmoke kept his distance from the transparent bubbled species that was not like the others. Instead, he went over to the man who had the letter “S” designed into his helmet. Waking him, Gunsmoke questioned the man stating, “Are you alright?” As he stated the next sentence, he went into his fog/smoke form and said, “And can I trust you?” The man took a long look at Gunsmoke, inspecting him before stating, “Of course, you can trust me, and yes I am alright. What happened?” Gunsmoke switched back to his normal body and stated, “I do not know… I have seen this only a handful of times before…What is your name?” The man rose to his feet, shoulder-cape flowing, and as he said his name aloud, “Sentinel”. Just then, the entire, what seemed to be the universe, was shaking around them, and his chest piece glowed into a bright blue, with gold accents… Just then, the other two started to wake up from their unconsciousness. The young adult, who was unconscious just a few short moments ago in the hood, ran to Gunsmoke in a heap of anger. No words were said, just immediate action. As the young man reached out with his mechanized arm, Gunsmoke phased into his fog state to dodge the man.
“Nice try… and who might you be?” Gunsmoke questioned. “I’m only known as Ambush…”, said the young adult in the hood. “Doesn’t that fit the description…” Gunsmoke replied with a snarky remark. “C’mon, be a little nicer to the young guy and the rest of us; we only just got here and have no idea what is going on…” explained Sentinel
A fourth voice became present in blobs of words… “Soap… Man…, Name… is…” Gunsmoke, and the other two heroes looked back, and stared in awe at the man who was made of Soap and can actually speak! “I’ve seen enough for one day already…” Gunsmoke said walking away. However, just then, a few dots began to blip onto his radar. There were only three, clustered together over the prison. There were also two dots over by the insane asylum. Gunsmoke knew one thing, The F3ZZ would never reveal his location by such a simple puzzle.
Begrudgingly knowing he needed help, Gunsmoke called upon Ambush, Sentinel, and Soapman to aid him getting back to Heroes Homebase and spoke to them briefly about the urgent plea from The F3ZZ. As Gunsmoke arrives back at Heroes Homebase, Arrow-Boi is seen playing a video game with the computer Gunsmoke just built. After the small quarrel between the two, Arrow-Boi tagged along, now making this a 5-person team-up for the very first time. Diving into any documentation around The F3ZZ quickly, all Gunsmoke could scavenge were articles online about the circus incident, or at least that’s what he told the others. Before pulling the articles up, 3 dots appeared above Monumentropolis Prison, and 6 dots appeared above Walker Asylum. Just as the first article loaded up though, Gunsmoke heard a beep from the computer. ─ • ─ ─ ─ As he opened the second article, it was followed by these beeps. ─ • ─ ─ • • • • The F3ZZ was outsmarting the radar satellites and computer systems by having the radar sync with the technology in Heroes Homebase! Amazing! The computer went black and the blue blinking box appeared on the screen, typing out, Hurry, we do not have much more time to hide! Now our heroes rushed into action and ran to the prison and asylum entrance. Where is the F3ZZ hiding? In the Prison or in the Asylum?
11/23/22 - Quantum-Flux has entered The Mirror-Verse!
Not of this world, a meteor shower of comets came crashing down atop Monumentropolis! All the Heroes and Villains stared on and witnessed the damage that had ensued. All of The Mirror-Verse Task Force was deployed and started to put out the unrest, the fires, and certainly, collect whatever this crystal was.
