Flash News Report:

Last night at around 9pm, police approached a crime scene down by the docks. An unknown masked vigilante was looming over two police officers who were on the scene. Who is this masked vigilante? What is he trying to accomplish? Why did he choose to intervene last night?

The two officers found on the scene were left unharmed, but became unconscious during the events that transpired. After undergoing treatment, the two officers had to file a descriptive account on the events that took place, and record any recollection of the vigilante. “Last we saw him, we chased him down into a dead end…”, Officer Santiago recounted. She continued, stating, “He smashed a pipe, smoke flooded the alley, and then he just disappeared! We had him cornered…it doesn't make sense…”

Flash News Report:

Early yesterday morning, a glimmer of light, beamed from the skies near Woodsprings. Another abnormal sighting has occurred.

When arriving on the scene of the incident, a civilian was able to take a photo from the bushes of the unidentifiable person. 

The Flash News Team gathered an account from the man who took the picture. He stated, "This was nothing like March 3!" He continued, "he ran through some sort of 'portal' behind him... we are in strange times...". 

The young man is said to be around 5'6", and wears a green and black outfit. No more witnesses were on the scene, but this begs the question, "why now?". Why are all these abnormalities happening? Does this have any correlation to the disappearing act on March 3?
